The camera actually accepts both Micro SD and Micro SDHC type cards. At least mine does. Captures to Motion JPEG video. Average 20 fps. Video can lag behind audio. May have a dead pixel, but video quality is quite good and 640x480 with mono PCM 8bit 24kHz audio. So lightweight, you can stick it to anything with a small piece of velcro or doublesided tape.
